Merchandise Return Authorization
To obtain a Starlight Creations return authorization, simply call 360-353-4191 or e-mail info@starlightcreation.com within 10 days of receiving purchase.
Any item returned without an authorization code will not be refunded.

If your item is damaged or defective in any way you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a credit or replacement immediately with Authorization Code.

Non-defective merchandise past 30 day purchase will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

     1. Merchandise must be in original minimum inter pack quantity, as shipped by Starlight Creations. Broken quantity packs are not returnable. 
 
      2. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must have NO markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

      3. Returns which do not meet these conditions described, will be returned and shipping charges for the return will be charged.
